KIDNEY BELT Affectionately referred to as a "gut belt" by us older riders. The kidney belt is designed to help give your lower back and lower "guts" some support while riding. It also can do wonders to for holding in that beer gut we all work so hard on. Bottom line is some trials can be very rough. Long term jarring of the internal organs can be painful and dangerous.
