JERSEY Jerseys are long sleeve shirts made of either cotton or nylon and usually sport the colors of your favorite brand or team. Most have extra long tails so they will stay tucked in during that hard ride. Some have padding built in to the elbows for some limited arm protection. Prices range from $20 - $75. If you don’t wear a riding jersey, do where some type of long sleeved shirt.
