The sub-frame, constructed from laser-cut, ¼-in. steel, is completely welded to provide a precise fit and extra strength.

The new Rancho Dodge Ram 1500 system includes extended-length, heavy-duty cast steering knuckles, allowing for a precise alignment and optimal steering gometry.

Rancho engineers again deliver a “no-compromises” suspension that includes brand-new Rancho easy install, bolt-on inner tie rod assemblies, helping preserve factory rack and pinion location to maintain steering integrity plus simplify installation. By preserving OE geometry, the system minimizes bump steer and optimal ride and handling.

Every Dodge Ram 1500 system also features front differential drop brackets that position pinion angle for minimized driveline vibration and includes high-clearance aft braces for maximized ground clearance and added strength, particularly during extreme off-road use.

Rancho also includes extended-length, DOT-certified front brake lines, u-bolts, and cast, one-piece rear riser blocks. As with any Rancho suspension system, the Dodge Ram 1500 system is delivered complete with thorough, easy-to-follow installation instructions. Plus, no drivetrain or exhaust modifications are necessary to complete the install. The new system is offered with Rancho’s lifetime warranty.

The new Rancho Dodge Ram system can be fully complemented through the use of Rancho RS5000 shock absorbers. Enthusiasts can also upgrade the front shocks to Rancho RS5000 coil-over shock absorbers, eliminating the need to use spacers.
