Jul. 24, 2007 By Press Release
MASSILLON, Ohio - A.R.E., a leading manufacturer of truck caps and tonneau covers, announces the availability of its popular Deluxe Commercial Unit (DCU) for the 2007 Toyota Tundra (all cab and box configurations).

The DCU can be customized to fit the demands associated with work truck service in a variety of industries, including construction, maintenance, pest control and landscaping. A variety of options give professionals the freedom to create their perfect truck cap, including roof racks, various toolbox configurations, a selection of window and door sizes and a polyester fabric liner designed to prevent condensation from collecting on the interior of the cap.

A.R.E.'s DCU is available in four height configurations - 23 inches, 26 inches, 29 inches and 36 inches. The cap can be further customized with several rear door options, including a 1/2 rear lift door, double full doors, a single full door and a full hatch door.

The DCU's exterior skin is constructed from .035-white aluminum for durable, lightweight protection. DuPont(r) base coat/clear coat paint is also available to match the truck's color code for a professional, original equipment look.

Another important feature of the DCU is its Strattec(r) OEM automotive grade lock cylinders in folding T-handles on all doors to protect valuable tools and equipment as well as cam action deadbolt lock rods with a center point lock to provide trouble-free operation. A.R.E. DCU caps come with a three-year warranty on materials and workmanship.

A.R.E. has been a leading manufacturer of fiberglass truck caps and hard tonneau covers for the past 35 years, with more than 700 employees at its ISO-9001:2000-certified manufacturing facilities and a network of over 600 independent authorized dealers nationwide.
