aFe Releases Their New BladeRunner Intercooler For The 2003-07 Dodge Ram with L6-5.9L Cummins

advanced FLOW engineering (aFe), an industry leader in performance intakes, filters, manifolds and exhaust systems is pleased to announce the release of their new BladeRunner Intercooler for the 2003-07 Dodge Ram Truck with L5-5.9L Cummins Diesel motor part number 46-20011

aFe’s new BladeRunner Intercooler represents the next generation in intercooler technology.  46-20011 uses aFe’s multi directional vane technology to efficiently direct air flow throughout the entire heat exchanger helping to eliminate power robbing core heat soak and provide maximum cooling.  The intercooler core is a bar and plate designed core with TIG welded T6 6061 aluminum tanks for durability and strength. This intercooler has a huge 3” core and comes complete with 5-ply reinforced silicone hump couplings and stainless steel spring loaded T-bolt clamps for an easy yet secure installation. 46-20011 is rated for 200psi test pressure and is able to handle 1,000hp+. The BladeRunner Intercooler comes with 4 tapped 1/8” NPT ports to allow easy gauge installation and other input options.

In recent testing, part number 46-20011 decreased EGT’s by 100 degrees and decreased air temperature by 200 degrees.  This intercooler also increased airflow by 30%.

Part Number 46-20011 has an MSRP of $2057.65 and is available in stores now.
