The Traxxas TORC Series presented by Amsoil made its second stop in Bark River, Michigan. The track crew was hard at work after the last race modifying the track to change it up for racers.  Down the front straight, the drivers face a tabletop jump that replaces the previous three jumps. Major banking was added to the turn going up over the hill to provide another line for the drivers. Finally, up the hill, the track has been straightened to provide a better run up the hill. Mother Nature provided early morning watering service, forcing the track crew to get to work scraping down the surface, and after an hour delay, the first race got underway on a saturated track. Through the day, the track worked in to better condition thre mo it was raced on and the rain held off for a great day of racing.
