Toward the end of the week at Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah, some Jeepers take a break from the trail for a few hours to check out the newest gadgets and gear at the Spanish Trail Arena. Aftermarket vendors show off their latest and greatest, and we cruised the floor to check out the show and put together a collection of new products from this year’s EJS.

Skyjacker LeDuc Series Jeep Coilover Upgrade
Skyjacker is no stranger to Jeep Wrangler suspension upgrades, but the newest addition to its lineup of Jeep kits sees the aftermarket company pairing with Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame member Curt LeDuc. LeDuc, a racer and fabricator with 30 years of experience in the off-road world, has used his vast off-road experience to develop a set of Fox remote-reservoir shocks that are valved and tuned by him for the Skyjacker LeDuc Series coilover kits. These shocks are offered as an upgrade on Skyjacker’s Jeep Wrangler suspension kits, including everything from its 3.5-inch to 6-inch lift kits.  The upgrade includes Fox 2-inch coilover shocks and mounting hardware for the remote reservoir. Truck Vault Field Ranger
Looking to secure your hunting gear safely or other valuables on your next off-road adventure? Shown here is the Field Ranger, which offers two smaller drawers on the left-hand side of the case and one larger one on the right, though there are many different configurations available and custom options as well. Vision Wheel 398 Manx Beadlock
Vision Wheel was showing off its new beadlock options for the Jeep Wrangler, including the 398 Manx headlock. This wheel is offered in both a forged and cast version of the wheel, and at present it is only available in a 17×8.50 version for the modern JK Wrangler. The 398 Manx is available in a 5 X 5.5 bolt pattern with a -6 offset or a 6 X 165.1 with a -10 offset to help accommodate larger off-road tires. For more information, visit VisionWheel.com.

Edge Evolution CTS2 Programmer
The Edge Evolution CTS2 programmer is now available for the 2016 Jeep Wrangler JK. The CTS2 uses a 5-inch full-color swipe screen to help tune and monitor vehicle functions, such as transmission temperature, fuel percentage remaining, horsepower and torque readings. The CTS2 can adjust vehicle calibrations to improve performance or simply accommodate larger off-road tires . The unit then allows the driver to constantly monitor vehicle diagnostics with a number of differ gauge screen layouts. Smittybilt Arctic Fridge, Freezer
If you’re looking to keep food and drinks cool and fresh while on the trail, Smittybilt offers a new option for off-roaders with its Arctic Fridge. This 52-quart unit is 22 inches long by 21 inches tall and 13.5 inches wide, making it big enough to hold food while still fitting in the back of most SUV rear cargo areas. The Arctic Fridge features a digital control panel with buttons to adjust temperature and power control. Using an AC/DC power connection, the Arctic features a three-stage battery preservation switch, and Smittybilt says it has no heat radiation and low power consumption. The Arctic Fridge/Freezer functions on a single-climate system, meaning it works as either a refrigerator or a freezer. Fabtech Dirt Logic Wrangler JK Coilover Conversion
Fabtech has a number of suspension options for the current Jeep Wrangler JK, and one option for short-arm suspension setups its is front coilover conversion. This setup, which uses Dirt Logic 2.5 remote-reservoir shocks, is designed to provide 12 inches of travel. Fabtech says these front shocks attach to the centerline of the axle to reduce link arm bushing wear and increase overall suspension travel. Most importantly, the kit is a bolt-on upgrade. The Dirt Logic 2.5 coil overs feature a stainless-steel body, aluminum reservoir body and specially tuned Eibach coil springs. Rhino-Rack Backbone
The Rhino-Rack Backbone is a roof-mounted rack system designed to carry up to 260 lbs. of gear on top of a Jeep Wrangler JK. Using a combination of internal steel support struts and cast-steel external mounts, the Backbone system affixes to the Wrangler’s hard top. Once installed, the Backbone can support any number of roof-top storage pieces, including the shown Pioneer trays rack and trays. Pricing for the Backbone starts at $816.
