There’s no shortage of over-the-top builds at the SEMA Show ever year. What gets lost in the shuffle sometimes are the more subtle, clean off-road builds that may not stand out with flashy chrome or 20-inch suspension lifts.

We came across quite a few clean off-road  trucks, SUVs and Jeeps that have subtle paintjobs and a great mix of off-road parts that actually look like they’d be a blast on the trail. If you’re looking for the other end of the spectrum, we put together 7 Trucks, Jeeps That Will Never See the Dirt, but this collection of vehicles have a perfect blend of good looks and trail capability. Which one looks like the most fun to drive in your book?

This blue Ford Bronco from Hellwig Suspension is just right on so many levels. Although it’s dolled up with color-matched blue paint throughout, this is just a sweet classic Bronco we’d love to have sitting in our driveway.

This Tundra TRD Pro features upgraded suspension, rocker rails, new front and rear bumpers and a rack for the truck bed, but the ARB rooftop tent helps complete the package. The two-tone sand-and-black color scheme looks clean, but most importantly we actually would love to take this truck on a multi-day overland trip.

There’s no shortage of Jeep Wrangler JK builds around the show, and that’s been the case for many years. The JL Wrangler is still a little ways out so the JK still has plenty of life left as the key Wrangler platform. We just love this subtle, clean look of this JK. This is far from the flashiest Jeep at the show, but a closer look reveals thoughtful upgrades that blend together for a seamless package.

We just love this Chevy Tahoe from the gear experts at Nitro. Grey, Green and Matte Black colors accents the truck, but the lines are clean up front with the aftermarket bumper, and the big Nitto rubber fits in the wheel wells nicely. It’s not everyday we see a Tahoe built, but this one makes us believe we should see more.

This Camburg Toyota Tundra in the Rigid Industries booth not only shows off their new Adapt LED lighting, but it also highlights everything that a pre-runner-style half-ton truck should. Grabber X3 tires help give the truck additional off-road grip, while Camburg suspension helps the truck pound through the desert.

Ready for the trail – whether it be for four-wheeling or mountain biking – this GMC truck is just so clean. The matte brown paint is accented with just enough color, and there’s a rack atop the cab for the spare and another over the bed for mountain bikes. Auxiliary lighting up top and mounted to the stock front bumper will make sure every bit of the trail is seen along the way as well.

The Blue VisionX JK Wranlger is no simple build, but the final product is a clean off-roader where nothing looks out of place. Body-color-matched high-clearance fender flares allow space for the oversized tires, and a stubby front bumper makes sure the rubber won’t rub while the King shocks are working on the trail. Every subtle detail on this JK is well done.

The new Honda Ridgeline is a sneaky cool truck. Loaded up with an Honda TRX250X ATV and a hitch-mounted mountain bike, this new Pennzoil Ridgeline in the Falken booth is ready for a weekend of adventure. The Ridgeline features three-piece 20-inch Rotiform wheels, 20-inch Falken tires, Baer big brakes, and custom Traxda suspension. This might not be the most trail-ready truck of the bunch, but it’ll get you to the trailhead in style.
