Timbersled, maker of snow bike conversion kits for dirt bikes, recently announced the expansion of its lineup with the new ST 90 Ripper. Designed specifically for 110cc dirt bikes, the Timbersled ST 90 Ripper kit converts the small dirt bike into a snow machine for the winter months, and it fills out the company’s lineup of conversion kits to offer something for riders of just about any age.

Timbersled Snowbike Dirt Bike Conversion Review
The Timbersled kit features everything needed to convert 110cc dirt bikes to snow bikes and back again, and the company says the installation and/or removal can be completed in less than an hour. A spindle and ski replace the front wheel of the dirt bike, while a “high-traction” track system replaces the rear wheel. Everything else is unchanged on the dirt bike, as the motor delivers power to the track and the standard dirt bike controls (throttle, braking) all still apply.
Timbersled says the ST 90 Ripper ski for optimized for ideal handling and control on the low-profile vehicle. The ski features a design like that of the high-flotation, smooth-handling Polaris Gripper Ski used on many Polaris snowmobiles, featuring a deep upper and lower keel for concise handling on loose or hard-packed surfaces. The ST 90 Ripper also uses the full-size shock from the Timbersled ST 120 RAW, which is RydeFX MPV Motion Control coilover shock specifically valved for this application.
