Using heavy-duty brackets and hardware, the skid plate system can withstand serious abuse, providing the confidence knowing your Jeep’s engine and transmission will remain undamaged. Installation does not require any drilling or trimming, and utilizes heavy-duty brackets and hardware.  A flush-mount oil drain plug panel is designed into the skid plate so you don’t have to remove it for routine maintenance.  Yet the entire skid plate system can be easily removed should you require access to your engine or drivetrain.
