SAN DIEGO — Rapidly improving SCORE Trophy Truck racer Jason Voss and veteran fabricator Craig Stewart will enjoy Tuesday’s Dirt LiveHD SCORE spotlight shining on them as the featured guests at 7 p.m. (PT) on the increasingly-popular internet show. Airing in High Definition on www.score-international.com, the show will air from its broadcast home at the SCORE International tech shop in El Cajon, Calif., just east of San Diego.

Voss, 26, Cupertino, Calif., drives the No. 35 Voss Motorsports Ford F-150 SCORE Trophy Truck while Stewart, son of the legendary desert racer Ivan Stewart, owns and operates Stewart’s Raceworks in Santee, Calif.

Roger Norman’s Dirt Live one-hour show is broadcast live weekly and the show is anchored around Norman’s two desert racing series, the SCORE Desert Series and the High Desert Racing Association as well as the new bonus points championship purse program he has developed called the World Championship of Desert Racing. All live events, this will be the 32nd weekly Dirt LiveHD episode to air. Replays of previous Dirt LiveHD shows are kept in an electronic library on the dirtlive.com website.

Voss, who often races with his father Rich, is a two-time SCORE season class point champion, having won the Protruck class in both 2007 and 2008. Voss has been racing in SCORE Trophy Truck since 2009. This year he is currently 26th out of 44 total racers in points as he finished 24th out of 35 starters in the Tecate SCORE San Felipe 250 and was a did not finish in this year’s Tecate SCORE Baja 500 in a field of 37 SCORE Trophy Trucks.

Among his class wins in the SCORE Protruck class were the 2007 SCORE Baja 250, the 2007 SCORE Las Vegas Primm 300 and in 2008, Voss won the SCORE Laughlin Desert Challenge, SCORE Las Vegas Primm 300 and the Tecate SCORE Baja 1000.

Stewart has worked on desert racing vehicles for over 30 years and opened Stewart’s Raceworks in 1995.

Also on Tuesday night’s show, SCORE Trophy Truck racer and prep-shop owner T.J. Flores of Las Vegas will present another special Tech Tips segment. The subject this week will be a detailed look at shock absorber tuning.

The featured video of the week will be of Voss in action in the SCORE Trophy Truck class.

Dirt LiveHD also goes on-site live with expanded event coverage during SCORE and HDRA race weeks and will next be covering on-site the Moapa HDRA Big Horn 300 desert race on the Moapa River Indian Reservation north of Las Vegas on Sept. 27-29. The land belongs to the Moapa Paiute Band of Indians with the course running entirely on the Moapa River Indian Reservation, 30 miles north of Las Vegas of off Interstate-15.
