The Hellwig Products sway bars for the 2016 Hilux are 1 3/8-inch (34.93mm) diameter in the front (Part# 7729) and 3/4-inch (19mm) out back (Part# 7752). Both are forged from a single piece of 4140 chromoly steel and then heat treated for added durability. The rear bar is adjustable and features forged, three-hole ends allowing for three different roll stiffness rate settings so the driver can adjust the bar to their specific driving style, vehicle use, and load.
