Although Nissan led with the unveiling of its Titan XD truck with the new 5.0L V8 Cummins turbo-diesel, the plan was always to offer the truck – which straddles the line between half-ton and 3/4-ton – with a V8 gasoline engine. Today, Nissan announced the pricing on the 2016 Titan XD with the new 5.6-liter Endurance V8 that will go on sale in early spring of this year.

The entire pricing breakdown can be found below, but essentially the lowest price for the 2016 Titan XD will be the S Crew Cab in 4×2 that will be priced at $35,290. Nissan says its gasoline V8-equipped XD will initially be offered in five Crew Cab trim levels in both 4×4 and 4×2. The other newsworthy info accompanying the pricing is that all Endurance V8 engine models will be paired to a new 7-speed automatic transmission with Adaptive Shift Control and Downshift Rev Matching.
