AURORA, Ill. (December 5, 2013) – Feld Motor Sports announced today that the annual Monster Energy AMA Supercross, an FIM World Championship, race from San Diego’s Qualcomm Stadium on February 8 will take on a military theme to pay tribute to America’s members of the armed forces. Feld Motor Sports will support Operation Homefront, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides assistance to service members and their families with a focus on wounded veterans who served on or after 9/11, by making a monetary donation to the organization. The San Diego race, one of the highest attended stops on the 17-race schedule, will showcase military-themed activities while riders and teams will be outfitted with military schemes on their gear and bikes. The San Diego area is home to several military installations, which makes this stop of Monster Energy Supercross a perfect fit to honor to the men and women that have served the country.
