Impact Driver
For the sake of saving money, Ive always been the type that is ok with taking a little extra time. But that all changed after I started using an impact driver for things like changing tires, removing beadlock rings from wheels and so much more. Sure, a socket will work, but its pretty nice if you can have the whole wheel off in about the same time it takes to spin off one lugnut. This one for me is a no brainer and a huge time saver. Just make sure you have at least one extra battery.

Latex Rubber Gloves
Theyre not technically tools but I try to always keep a box of disposable latex rubber gloves on hand. In the past, when I would clean and oil an air filter I never used gloves, and if I didnt take the time to go wash my hands after oiling the filter (seriously, who does that?) I would end up coating everything I touched afterward with filter oil. It always donned on me that disposable gloves would be a great idea, but I would always forget until the next time I was cleaning a filter. Now I find them incredibly handy for everything from oiling a filter to removing a drain plug or cleaning a carburetor. It keeps your hands cleaner than if you use nothing at all and makes for less scrubbing later.
