Feb. 14, 2006 By Press Release

Canoga Park, CA. – Works Performance is proud to announce they have completed their new upgrade for your stock LT-R450 Quad Racer shocks with custom tuned triple-rate spring sets. Turn your progressively wound stock spring setup to a true multi-rate and feel the difference. The Works spring sets are designed for competition or recreational use, and can be used with stock or extended a-arms. Also available in the Stadium setup (zero-preload w/gold spring) to achieve a lower ride height and lower center of gravity, offering the rider better stability though the turns. All the spring sets are available in different color combinations (Black, White, Blue, and Red). The spring sets are all custom assembled to the rider’s weight and type of riding. The multi-rate spring kits achieve a smoother ride with better control. In conjunction with their heart transplant, these modifications are the best way to improve your stock suspension. They also now revalve most piggyback fronts, as well as rear shocks like they have done in the past. They service your stock shocks and replace the your piston with a Works piston body to your weight and riding ability. If a new spring is needed for your rear Works can supply it at an additional cost.

They also are now offering their new line of shocks for the new Suzuki LT-R450 Quad Racer (Black Widow and G-Series). The Black Widow shocks are a piggyback style and the G-Series feature a dual-line remote reservoir. Their new line of shocks feature a larger shaft, larger reservoir for increased cooling, and with much better performance. Front shock pairs starting at $439-$1139 and rear shocks starting at $839. They still offer the durable and cost effective AT-Steeler shocks.
