Whistler,B.C., September 23, 2005 - Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. (BRP) now offers the new Bombardier* ATV DS250TM for those looking for an affordable entry-level ATV with a sport look and handling. The new DS250 is the latest 2006 all-terrain vehicle to be introduced with the company's recent shift towards ATV enthusiasts. The sport class is the fastest growing ATV segment, as more and more consumers just want to get out and ride for fun. Like all other Bombardier* ATVs, the DS250 is loaded with performance features that you rarely see at its economical price-point. Take the 4-stroke liquid-cooled 250cc engine, continuously variable transmission (CVT) for get-on-and-go simplicity and front and rear hydraulic disc brakes. The DS250 is all topped off with an intense, hard-edged look, in BRP yellow and black with tribal motif decals. Also available in Europe, the DS250 will be EC homologated, including integrated quadricycle components. "New, sporty vehicles are the heart of our transformation into a company that only builds ATVs for ATVers," said Pierre Arsenault, Vice President and General Manager Snowmobiles, Watercraft, ATVs and Sport Boats, BRP.
"When we launched the MY06 line-up in June, we said it was 'just the beginning.' With the great new DS250, we are
delivering on our commitment."
