MOORESVILLE, NORTH CAROLINA – Detroit Speed and Engineering announces its ‘Driver One’ Front Drive system for LS1, LS2, or LS7 engines. Converts a stock LS engine to a high performance, great looking, compact, high RPM ‘Driver One’ front drive system.

The ‘Driver One’ provides a completely engineered front drive system that is a direct bolt-on for LS1, LS2, or LS7 engines. It provides all the capability required to drive cross country, idle in traffic, or run hard at the race track. Features include a Powermaster 140 amp 1 wire alternator, CNC machined 6061 aluminum pulleys and brackets, an ATI Performance Products crankshaft damper, EMP Stewart water pump, Gates serpentine belt and tensioner, Sanden SD-7 air conditioning compressor (where applicable) and a DSE aluminum power steering pump. The ‘Driver One’ is available in three finishes; CNC Machine finish, Polished finish, and Black Hardcoat finish.
