| Rage’n Luxury Toy Haulers by National RV since 2001, located in Riverside, California was purchased by Mark Warmoth, owner of Warrior Manufacturing in 2004. For the last four years the toy hauler, a small sub-division of National enjoyed a good reputation but was suffering a loss in both production and sales in an rapidly increasing toy hauler market. The popularity of toy haulers has enjoyed a huge increase in the market competing with traditional camping trailers. Warmoth believes the growth of toy haulers is due to its versatility and increased luxury. “We were impressed by the quality and attention to detail of the Rage’n Toy Haulers. “We are confident that with a few changes and a facelift, it will become a major competitor in a market now flooded by toy haulers.” Warmoth believes that Rage’n can compete with even Weekend Warrior Trailers and can stand on its own merits.
“The product is great, we just need to get it out in front of the public. In the last eight months, Rage’n sales increased by 30% - a major accomplishment and we expect it will continue its growth as we continue improve its desirability and carve out its own niche,” says Warmoth. When asked if he worries that Rage’n will cut into the Weekend Warrior market share, he comments that, “ We believe the market for toy haulers is so big now and evolving from using these trailers for just transporting toys to endless possibilities of many uses that there is room for everyone. From off-road toys to racing teams, from young families needing space for their kids to campers who want the freedom of being self contained so they are not limited to trailer parks with hook-ups, from campers with disabilities and special needs to vendors with a variety of products who need to carry large inventories, from hobbists to Harley-Davidson enthusiasts – the list is endless.” The team at Rage’n headed by Jason Poole is brimming with enthusiasm and confidence. Working on new ideas, prototypes for the 2007 including slide out models they look forward to an even greater success than the previous eight months. We have so many exciting things happening at Rage’n and the best is yet to come.”
