10 Cool New Products from SEMA

Warriors Products Toyota Tacoma Parts
Warrior Products offers a number of aftermarket products designed to protect vehicles or offer storage solutions for the trail. Although previously specializing in Jeep, Land Cruiser, FJ Cruiser and Suzuki Samurais, Warrior Products will soon be offering a complete line of parts for the Toyota Tacoma (2005-2015 model). The new line will include front and rear bumpers, side steps, and also a unique bed cargo rack (shown). This new bed cargo provides an ideal location for oversized spare tire storage while still keeping the bed available for storage as well. Warrior Products has not released pricing for this new line, but in speaking with representatives at the SEMA Show we’re told the bed rack will be reasonably listed in the $500 price range. We expect to have more specifics on the line shortly, but in the meantime head over to WarriorProducts.com for more info.

Daystar JK Hood Scoops
To reduce engine compartment temperatures in Jeep Wrangler JK models without having to replace the entire hood, Daystar is offering a new hood cowl that installs onto the factory hood. The cowl is designed to channel cool air from the outside through air directional chambers to provide cool airflow to the engine compartment all while retaining the factory under-hood insulation. For added airflow to the engine compartment, Daystar also offers JK Hood Vents, which also retain the factory hood insulation but are said to reduce underhood temps by as much as 14 percent. Both the cowl and hood vents are designed to fit all JK Wranglers from 2007 to 2015. The cowl comes unpainted for $329.99, while the hood vents retail for $139.99.
