All the electrical parts were bolted home and the wiring was zip-tied neatly out of the way.

The front fender got the paint treatment and was bolted home. The fork boots just needed cleaning to look good.

The throttle housing and grips were properly applied after cleaning all the crud off.

We put the airbox in place.

The Mikuni carburetor was removed earlier and we planned to give it a complete disassembly and check for anything that might be wrong.

It�s a good thing we did this, because here�s what we found in the float bowl - a wad of crud and rust!

The rest of the carb was in terrible shape also. If we had tried to start and run the bike like this, who knows what would�ve happened?

The carb it was taken completely apart and every jet was cleaned and all the passageways made perfect.
