Another Victory for the General

Kent Kroeker of KORE Racing (above) took first-place honors in the Stock Full class on Saturday at the SCORE Terrible’s Primm 300 race outside of Las Vegas, September 6. Kroeker powered through the competition and battled all the way to the end to win the race.
Kroeker runs exclusively on General Tire’s new Grabber competition tires.

“Kent Kroeker and the KORE Team continue to make us proud and excite SCORE fans with their strong performance this season,” said Travis Roffler, Director of Marketing, General Tire. “The KORE Team has proven with every race that they are the team to beat this season in the stock full class.”

General Tire has "unleashed the fury" in off-road competitive performance with its Grabber competition tires as General Tire powers through the 2008 off-road racing season.

Designed with a tough, three-ply Duragen-reinforced body construction to stand up to the rigors of off-road conditions, the Grabber also features a newly-developed competition-specific tread compound. General Tire offers two distinct tread designs for different types of competitive conditions. In addition, the Grabber name and General Tire logo are prominently featured on the sidewall in red and white letters. The Grabber competition tires are designed in size 37 x 12.50R17 for class 1, 7S, 7 Unlimited, 8 and Trophy Truck.

The KORE race truck is a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 powered by a 535 horsepower XV Motorsports Hemi engine. A KORE suspension and Fox Racing 4.4-inch bypass shocks are teamed with Weld Racing Commando P. R. O. wheels and engine management by AEM/Mopar. Other components of the truck include: Baja Designs HID light system, South Bend Clutch, Blumenthal transmission, and Nordskog gauges. The truck has a top speed of 126 mph, a fuel capacity of 89 gallons and a 290-mile range.
