Because of its size, it can be difficult to use an impact driver in every situation. A good set of T handles will let you spin a nut or bolt loose more quickly than a ratchet, and you can reach some hard-to-reach places that are just too tight for an impact driver.

Lets face it: no man should be without a Leatherman tool. It’s like 25 tools in one, and while you might already have all the tools that make up a Leatherman in your toolbox, chances are you don’t have ONE tool that does all the things a Leatherman can do. Plus it’s small and compact so it’s easy to strap to your belt or throw in your pocket and take with you on the trail. There are numerous styles of Leatherman tools on the market, but my personal tool of choice is the Wave. It’s got the right tools I need without being overly bulky.
