CLINTON TOWNSHIP, Mich. – Katech Performance has unleashed its LS7 “Arsenal” – a complete line of “attack” engines built for battle in any automotive arena.
The LS7 cache is stocked with four exciting offerings, including the “Sneak Attack”, “Street Attack”, “Track Attack” and “Air Attack” packages.
Each hand-built engine is completely disassembled, blueprinted and enhanced for outputs from 575 to well beyond 600 horsepower by the same technicians that produce championship winning engines for all Katech race programs.

The Katech Performance LS7 “Arsenal” includes:
| ● | “Sneak Attack” LS7 5.7L (KAT-A4725): with an 8000 rpm redline this crate engine is ideal for the “sleeper” ride. The package includes a Katech sleeved LS2 case, Katech forged piston-rod assembly, forged crankshaft, LS7 cylinder heads and an LS7 derived valvetrain coupled with a Katech specified camshaft. |
| ● | “Street Attack” LS7 7.0L (KAT-A4730): top-tier LS7 performance ideal for high-power, daily-driven street vehicles. It features Katech 11:1 compression forged pistons, solid small-end rod bushings, street-optimized camshaft and valvetrain enhancements. F-car and Y-car applications are available. |
| ● | “Track Attack” LS7 7.0L (KAT-A4735): the ultimate normally aspirated LS7 crate engine for off-road and track use. Drawing from more than two decades of experience with championship winning pushrod V8s, this package is race ready. It features Katech 12:1 or 14:1 compression forged pistons, solid small-end rod bushings, high output camshaft and valvetrain enhancements. An electronic or mechanical throttle control is available. |
| ● | “Air Attack” LS7 7.0L (KAT-A4740): extreme forced induction performance. This package includes Katech forged low-compression pistons, forged steel connecting rods, upgraded camshaft and upgraded valvetrain. |
