Kymco MXer 150cc ATV - STR Motorsports

STR Inc Motor Sports Division announces the introduction of the exciting new Kymco MXer, a 150cc All Terrain Vehicle. STR Inc., headquartered in Inman SC, with 20 years of motor sports experience, has been the exclusive US importer and distributor of the Kymco product line of dependable scooters and ATV's since 2000.

Founded in 1963, Kymco is Taiwan's leading manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters, holding a 33% market share. In 1994 Kymco was certified under the prestigious ISO-9001 Quality Assurance System. In 2001 Kymco production exceeded 1,000,000 motorcycles.

The MXer is Kymco's sporty 4 stroke 150cc all-terrain vehicle. Built with typical Kymco durability, the MXer offers rear disc brakes, sealed CVT transmission, waterproof magneto, superior lighting, electric starting system, and forward and reverse gear box. The MXer features a 12 hp vertical cylinder engine specifically designed and produced by Kymco exclusively for the All-Terrain Vehicles.

As an integral part of the design process, Kymco Engineers came from Taiwan and rode the MXer extensively n rugged South Carolina ATV terrain to insure the final product would be designed to meet the demanding American Standards. Preliminary results from independent testing services indicate that the Kymco MXer is built with typical Kymco durability and is ready to take it's place as the "Best in Class" of 150cc ATV's.

"We tested the MXer for 100 hours over rugged North Carolina logging terrain. We compared and rode with Honda, Yamaha, Suzuki, E-Ton, and Polaris. The MXer would go with all of the above and would come out ahead of some. We discovered it could cross steeper ditches than the Honda Recon. The headlights provided more light than the other bikes we rode with. The MXer was asked to be the leader of the pack at night."
