Foremost of the Mac® 1/4-Inch Sealed Head Air Ratchet's features is an offset head that allows for greater finger clearance in tight work areas. This clearance makes it easier to fasten in hard-to-reach places without getting hands in the way.

The new air ratchet is as easy to use as it is safe. Its compact, sealed and greased head helps prevent unwanted debris from disturbing the dual pawl within which allows for longer life and durability. This ratcheting mechanism allows for quick removal and rundown of 1/4-Inch fasteners. With a built in air regulator for easy speed control, the user control can shift "on the fly" while fastening in forward or reverse. At the end of the ratchet handle is a swivel air inlet that can be adjusted 360-degrees to expel exhaust away from work and help prevent dirt and dust from spraying back on the technician.

For added comfort, the Mac® 1/4-Inch Sealed Head Air Ratchet has an ergonomically designed molded rubber grip made from sanopreme that is resistant to chemicals and oil. Both the design and weight (1.5 lbs) of the ratchet work together to help absorb harmful vibrations that in lighter ratchets can travel through the tool into the technician's hand, wrist and arm.
